Privacy Policy

1. Aescreta Research and Design never directly collects personally identifiable information about visitors to https://aescreta.com (the website). There is no functionality via account signups, newsletter signups, purchase placement systems, etc., and neither via first-party cookies, for direct personally identifiable information collection to take place automatically. First-party cookies generated by this website solely relate to caching site content (text, images) to increase the site's performance on repeat visits. If there are any objections to this functionality, you can close this website and purge any associated cookies via your browser's cookie settings (https://aescreta.com), or block cookie creation in general or in relation to this website via such settings.

2. Anonymized third-party data collection about site visitors may take place via Google Ads and Google Analytics through third-party cookies or other means. At most, this represents a basket of generalized data representing from where a given site visit came from (e.g. from which website an ad click took place to arrive at https://aescreta.com), and basic demographic information such as the country associated with a given visit. Aescreta Research and Design is only using this information to optimize Google Ads performance (adjust which types of sites can bid on Aescreta's associated ad campaign to greater specification). Related cookies can be purged or blocked from creation that may be associated with Aescreta or Google web domains. None of this data is sent directly to Aescreta.

3. Any email inquiries to Christopher Clayton's email address as published on this site and associated personal information associated with such emails will not be explicitly divulged to anyone else, except as it relates to specific commissions such as coordination activities with third parties (e.g. factory negotiations) where a customer/client wishes to be made known to such specific third parties. Any payment data disclosed as part of tendering a contract for Aescreta to complete a project will not be divulged to others and will only be stored with agreed-upon third party payment services providers (e.g. PayPal).

4. The website's hosting and DNS service provider (Hostinger as of April 2024) logs visitors by IP address as part of its analytics function. A non-proxied IP address may directly reveal a given visitor's country location, Internet carrier and the Internet browser or other type of device used to view this website without relation to any other personally identifiable information. Aescreta Research and Design only references IP address data of this type via Hostinger's functionality to assess the level of unique visitor traffic (not directly captured by Aescreta). The same type of data was captured by the previous web host of this website and used by Aescreta in the same way (Fat Cow's analytics tools).
